Guaar is the sage of water. A pious man, rumoured to have wed many in the name of the [[pantheon:three_goddesses]]. He is most commonly depicted as a cross between an elf and a water genasi.

He is rumored to have founded [[geography:settlement:Toru]], the great city underwater.
