Guaar, also known as the sage of Water, is a water minded sage.

Guaar is the sage of water. A pious man, rumoured to have wed many in the name of the Three Goddesses. He is most commonly depicted as a cross between an elf and a water genasi.

He is rumored to have founded Toru, the great city underwater.
