Twin brother of Rhodius Whyatt, born and raised in Tractas.

Briefly possessed by a celestial, with whom he made a pact.

He had a male firbolg friend, Baltumal, an academic wizard trying to understand the story of the Three Goddesses for the Triumvirate. When Baltumal left Tractas, he told Rhodius to seek him out if he ever left Tractas himself.

At one point, Vulmon Lancynel joined with Tractas for a while when they reached the coastal areas between Kalzendil and Toru. There he met and loved his sister, while Rhodius did not like him for his obvious surfer attitude, he was too carefree. When Tractas was leaving the coastal area, he offered Rhoslia to come with him, experience the open sea and the underwater marvels. Rhodius was against it. Rhoslia decided to stay with her brother, while Vulmon left for the sea.

One day, a fortune teller visited him, whom gave him following fortune:
