Aurora Builder is a tool that will guide you through the character creation.

Download Aurora Builder from https://dndbuilder.net/ .

Add additional Content repositories using https://github.com/aurorabuilder/elements . Urls to use are at the bottom of that page. Add them all one by one in step 2 of below image. Following image describes steps to add them.

Place it in C:\Users\YOURUSERHERE\Documents\5e Character Builder\custom\user . Then press number 3 of previous image again.

For now, not all content is allowed. Content can be allowed after talking to the DM. Following images shows a display of what is allowed after you added all above content.
