Hidden in the mountain range close to Mount Ogun, the dwarves use the underground lava channels for their metal crafting. Said to be founded by Ignor.
Background
Rudiana is run by the 9 Great Clans. The most capable craftsman of these clans is appointed as the sage. Clans compete strongly to be considered one of the Great Clans, not by combat, but by engineering capabilities. Despite that, the current 9 have been in power for a while. This does not mean innovation is stifled, quite the opposite. Rudiana is the breeding ground for all innovative technologies.
Being primarily a dwarven mountainhome, Rudiana exists both in The Surface and The Underground. Rudiana is the only city, whose underground accesses even reach into the devastating dangers of The Deeps.
