Silver hair for a Firbolg is a rarity. There is a superstition among the firbolg that a silver haired firbolg is blessed by a divine being. According to Nabih's family, she was blessed by Calli.
When Nabih was still a calf, she rode with the windrider gale Nabih.
One day, she met halfling scholar named, Eoola.
However, some day, her clan was slaughtered, while she was away. After this event she went to a temple and had a minor breakdown in front of the altar. She went around smashing things and screaming. Seemingly, the only other being there was what looked like a priest. The priest comforted her, told her her clan was well and safe in the afterlands. At that point, Nabih decided to become a devout Calli worshiper, always carrying Calli's symbols to remind her of that moment and that wisdom she was given. A couple days later, she returned to the temple to repay what she had broken. When she spoke to a local cleric about it, he didn't recall. And when she asked for the priest that had comforted her, he answered that nobody like that ever worked there.
Nabih then took the name of her gale and started wandering the Blankwi Basin, helping where she could.
Nabih heard a rumour of a part of land at the edge of Blankwi Basin, which people seemed to avoid. As she went to investigate, she stumbled upon some caves. At first the caves mostly just seemed rat infested, but going deeper into these caves, she discovered a cult which seemed to worship Leus, the god of illness. They were clearly brewing something and with the Cult of Leus, “a brew is NEVER good”, Nabih thought. Nabih, rushed in there and destroyed everything she could. A fight, broke out. Nabih, outmatched, had to flee. But not before she took a plant that looked like the key ingredient for their brew. As she ran, at some point, she fell. It must have been at that point that she lost her mother's necklace, a simple chain holding a deep black Onyx with white dots. Her mother used to call it a Night's Sky gem. Nabih got out with her life, but as she returned to Piam and brought her discovery to the Order of the Sages, she collapsed. She was severely ill for 3 weeks. She was inflicted with the disease. In her delirious state, she does vaguely remember seeing the priest again that she saw in the temple of Calli. She also saw another being, unsure if it was a plant or an animal, maybe both? These delirious illusions could mean anything.
At some point she encountered Nahner Reinel. They spent a lot of time together and even started to get feelings for eachother. However, before those feelings could blossom, Nahner was required by the order to move to Rurua.
